At Lush Véloir, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been fulfilled.

An order is considered fulfilled once it has been processed for shipment, packaged, or handed over to a shipping carrier. After fulfillment, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting our customer support team.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable

  • Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Refund Processing

Once a return or claim has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once opened

  • Products specifically exempted under applicable consumer protection laws

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund unless the package is confirmed lost.
